Celebrate New Years Eve in Napa

When you think about a New Years Eve in Napa you just assume glamour and fun. All of these ideals will be met when you attend the New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball at Castello di Amorosa. This gorgeous winery not only makes some delicious wine but has some of the most beautiful grounds as well. The ball will be held from 7pm to 1 am and tickets are $325 or $275 (members). Your tickets includes a wine tasting reception with hors d’oeuvres, a 5 course dinner in their Grand Barrel Room, dancing in the Great Hall, a sparkling wine toast at midnight, and much more. Be sure to dress in black tie and best mask. Reservations are required for this event.

One resort, The Meritage Resort and Spa, is hosting not one but three New Years Eve parties in their vast property. The first option is having dinner at Siena Restaurant, which will be delectable 4 course meal that starts at 6 pm. After dinner make your way to the ballroom for dancing. Tickets for this are $145 and includes dinner and entrance to the ballroom. If you would like to have dinner at a the amazing winery, Trintas Cellars, that is an option as well. Your evening will start at 6pm with a reception in the Estate Cave followed by dinner, all paired with Trintas wines. Afterwards, you will join everyone in the ballroom. Tickets for this are $225. Lastly, if you just want to dance the night away in the Meritage Ballroom, tickets are $60 and this event will run from 9pm to 1am. There will be live music with the Brian Cline Band, party favors, and a champagne toast at midnight.

If you would like something a tad more low key, your New Years Eve in Napa should be spent at Long Meadow Ranch. This place is amazing, it is a winery and a farm which means that everything you eat and drink there will be top notch. Join them for a 4 course, family style, prix fixe dinner, all paired with Long Meadow Ranch wines. Afterwards there will be some fantastic live music. Reservations are required for this event.
