The word, “balanced” is often used to describe James Cole Wines. The owners, themselves, lean into this term as more than a description, but as a mission. They begin with providing the best conditions possible for the fruit to grow in balance on the vine. From there, their winemaking process involves thought, careful crafting, and a focus on “rich fruit flavors with a solid structure.”

The list of wines available includes rose, chardonnay, and a host of reds. Of them, the most popular is the “Suede” Red Wine. This Cabernet Sauvignon is silky, “powerful and racy.” Flavors of blackberry, cherry, smoky cedar and cassis will linger on the palate.
