1 of the Best Reasons to Come to Napa Valley for Christmas

One of the most exciting reasons to come to Napa Valley for Christmas is the annual Napa B&B Holiday Tour & Taste Event. This day is full of surprises for your eyes – and your taste buds – as you explore Napa’s beautiful bed and breakfasts decorated for the holidays. In addition, each stop on the tour offers an array of hors d’oeuvres and wines for you to sample, making it an all-around festive way to kick off your holiday season!
This year’s event will take place Saturday, December 5, 2015, from 3-7 p.m. The finishing details are still being applied to the event, which usually features about 8 different inns around Napa, including Churchill Manor, of course! Plan to stay with us here at Churchill Manor and use our historic bed and breakfast as your home base for the weekend and the tour! You’ll delight in all of our incredible decorations, which you’ll be able to enjoy throughout your stay.

About the Napa B&B Holiday Tour & Taste Event

Presented by the association, Historic Inns of Napa, California, the Napa B&B Holiday Tour & Taste is a much-anticipated event of the holiday season with a dual purpose. Not only does it offer guests the opportunity to tour several bed and breakfasts and inns, it also raises funds and awareness for several local organizations: Clinic Ole, Community Resources for Children, Napa Emergency Women’s Shelter, Napa Food Bank and ParentsCAN.

Details about Churchill Manor’s Tour & Tasting

While a few details for this year’s event are yet to be finalized, Churchill Manor will feature delicious wines from Castello di Amorosa, St. Clair Brown Winery, and Madonna Estate Winery on the tour.

Elaine St. Clair of St. Clair Brown Winery will be providing gourmet tidbits and Churchill Manor’s own Brian Jensen will be preparing his signature amaretto shrimps and crab cakes. Churchill Manor will also feature mouthwatering truffles from Anette’s Chocolates that are custom-made with cabernet wine from Churchill Manor’s own vineyard.
Sip on a lovely glass of wine as you tour the house and grounds and listen to holiday music provided by local entertainers. The event promises to be the highlight of the season and one of the many reasons travelers set their sights on Napa Valley for Christmas.
