Each year, 10 of Napa Valley’s top influential chefs offer their take on unique dishes. A panel of experts, like celebrity chef Bobby Flay, samples the food along with the audience. If you are a movie buff and a foodie, then Variety’s “10 to Taste” is for you!
Representing over 50 wineries from the region, Napa Valley Film Festival’s wine experiences pair perfectly with the film experiences you will gain. Offered every afternoon, these wine experiences encourage you to kick back and relax while you discuss the films with a glass of fine wine and decadent bites.
Filmmakers compete in seven different categories and some get to participate in the prestigious Artists-in-Residence program. The winners of each category receive three-liter collectible bottles of the region’s finest wines – an affirmation of the festival’s silver-screen standard. The winners of the Best Narrative Feature and Best Documentary Feature categories also receive a $10,000 cash prize. As a spectator, you get to vote and help decide on the winner, plus you’ll get bragging rights for seeing the film before the masses.
